Services
(Non-Technical)
Let’s Keep it Simple to
Start.
Recall who we are and what we do (Managed
Data Protection)?
Remember all those bad things we talked about
(Data breeches, scams, privacy concerns, etc.)?
Let us worry about them - not you.
If you’re worried about things getting too
technical at this point, please reach out for a
free consultation and we’ll help.
Still With Us? Time to
Ramp it Up a Little.
We’re going to explain our Services in slightly
more technical terms but use fun analogies to
get the job done. At any moment you can click
the “Get Technical” button to learn more about
that Service. Alternatively if you want to skip all
that, you can still hit the “Contact Us” button.
Data Protection for
Everyone
The technical terms are “Managed Data
Protection” or “Data Protection as a Service
(‘DPaaS’).” Let’s say you have a house full of
valuable items, and you want to keep them
safe. You could try to install alarms, cameras,
and locks by yourself, but it’s complicated and
you might not know the best way to do it.
Now, what if you could hire a team of experts
to do all this for you? They would come to your
house, set up robust security systems, monitor
everything 24/7, and make sure your valuables
are always protected. You wouldn't have to
worry about anything because the experts are
taking care of it. Just don’t let strangers in!
All privacy and data protection
tools described below are included.
Secure Virtual Private Network
Typically referred to as a “VPN.” Let’s say you
are sending a postcard to a friend. Without a
VPN, anyone who handles the postcard can
read what you've written and where it was sent
from. But if you put that postcard inside a
secure, locked box that only you and your
friend can open, no one else can read your
message or know where you live. That's what a
VPN does for your internet data.
Encrypted E-mail
Let’s continue with the postcard analogy. Think
of encryption as a special way of writing your
postcard in a secret code. You write your
message using this code, and then put it in the
envelope. Only your friend, who knows the
secret code, and can read your message. Even
if someone else opens the envelope, they won't
understand the message because it's in code.
Even better, everytime you send that postcard,
it can be from a different, anonymous address!
No one will ever know who are you, other than
your friend.
Cloud Storage
Imagine you have a special box where you keep
all your important things, like photos,
documents, and letters. You need to store this
box somewhere safe, so you give it to a storage
company to keep it for you. Now, to make sure
no one else can look inside your box, you lock it
with a special key that only you have. Even
though the storage company is holding your
box, they can't see what's inside because it's
locked.
You can give your friend a key to grab a certain
item from the box. Careful, that key will self
destruct!
